Use the prepaid return label we provide to securely ship your item back to us. We recommend insuring your package and using a traceable shipping method. Dream Med Chairs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If your return does not meet the required criteria, we will document the condition of the product with photographs and provide an explanation for the denial. The item will be shipped back to you. For further assistance with non-eligible returns, please contact our support team.
